METHOD
Method of white vinification, grapes are gathered in exact date of their mature and transported to winery in large cages. Vinification takes place in large still tanks with controlled temperature. Harvest takes place at end of September.
CHARACTERISTICS
White green color, strong clarity, shiny look, intense aromas of spring fruits, balanced acidity, round bodied, nobble, with notes of pear, banana and mango, dry and fresh, with long lasting aftertaste.
ACCOMPANIES
Oily fish, seafood with herbs, salads, pasta with slightly spicy sauces, poultry with lemon, light smoked cheese, fruits.
