These wines have been produced on the slopes of Kithaironas Mountain at the ideal altitude of 470 meters. The famous varieties of grapes are matured harvested and bottled by a special method in order to produce these exceptional wines.

METHOD OF PRODUCTION
White vinification at stabilized temperature, preparation in tanks, stabilization, filtration and analysis, bottling.
CHARACTERISTICS
Light green-yellow color, high clarity, shiny look, nobble bouquet of aromas, balanced taste with elements of summer fruits, full bodied slightly oily, with balanced dry aftertaste.
ACCOMPANIES
Meat with oregano, fish and finger seafood, pasta with red sauces, cold plates.
