Climate of the area contains a lot of rains and snow in winter, while in summer we may come up to storms and low temperatures. These elements derive in the extended mature period of grapes that is why harvest takes place usually at the end of September or early October.
Soil quite poor from clay and lime, but well drained cause of the altitude.
METHOD OF VINIFICATION
Method of white vinification-grapes are harvested in their exact date of mature, transferred to winery in large cages, vinified and fermented in stabilized temperatures, stabilized, controlled analysis, bottled.
Even grape has a reddish skin, the wine that comes out has an intense light green color, strong clarity, with characteristic intense aromas (meant, lemon), pleasant acidity, round bodied full of freshness and long lasting aftertaste of early citrus fruits.
Big grilled fish, seafood with garlic, salads with fruits, grilled white meats.
