DRY ROSE WINE
Slopes of Kithairona’s Mountain in Central Greece, 60km west of Attica, in altitude of 450m.
Attica’s region climate is famous over the world: hot and dry summers give way to surprisingly cold winters with very little rain overall. Mild and cool winters and cool summers. Grapes ripen well without difficulties.
Clay soil chalky substratum covered by a layer of stony clay allowing for drainage and soil heating.
METHOD OF PRODUCTION
Rose vinification at medium temperature, must stays with grape body for some hours so as wine to take its rose color, preparation in tanks, check, bottling.
Rose color, medium clarity, shiny look, nobble bouquet of aromas, balanced taste with elements of summer fruits, full bodied slightly oily, with balanced semi-sweet aftertaste.
Pasta with white sauces, poultry cooked in oven, Mediterranean plates in casserole or you might accompany fruits.
Chilled (10-12 °C).
